As Project Controls Manager of this $15 million project which involved structural stabilization of an existing 65,000 sqft building. Mr. Topbas provided change order management, estimating, CPM project scheduling, and progress oversight to DASNY at York College Science Building Project. The architectural and MEP components were replaced. Also implementing project controls at Multimedia Center Project at Lehman College ($20 million). The project involved building TV studios and multimedia spaces into the atrium of an occupied classroom building.
