The V’Asbos Winery project is a wine production, storage and management facility established on an area of approximately 2000 m² in Ayvacık, Çanakkale, including 1600 reinforced concrete and 400 steel structural systems. The reinforced concrete part of the building, which is 15 m wide and 130 m long, is below ground level and the outer perimeter walls are designed as basement walls.
In the steel system, a mega truss system of 27 m length and 5 m height carries a net 20 m console floor. The cantilever displacements and internal forces of the steel profiles are limited by the post-tensioning cables placed on the top heads of the mega trusses.
