Special single family-homes for the Turkish industrialist, Sabanci family. Between 1,500-2,000 m² in enclosed space, each of these three homes had special provisions for stables, pools, and complicated roof structures with cantilevered and curved steel. Stone and brick masonry with embedded reinforced concrete strengthening members were used in Ayvalik homes which were reconstructions of ruined landmark architecture. Project Architect and Contractor were EPA Mimarlık.
