Project Manager of construction activities in the six library branches for the NYPL, field supervision of trades; oversaw the bid-buyout, budget and schedule compliance, processed payment requisitions. The branch projects included complete wing additions, ADA and MEP upgrades, and interior and exterior restorations for these landmark buildings ($20 million).
