Our team won the architectural design competition held in Kosovo within the scope of transforming Germia Shopping Mall, one of the modernist symbols of Pristine, into a concert hall.
We advised as structural engineers the team of Kengo Kuma and Associates, together with Bekim Ramku and OUD+ Architects, to design the project totaling 10.000m2 including landmark façades and listed buildings, consists of components to be restored and rebuilt.
