Structural Steel Design as per AISC, of the Steam Turbine, Electrical, Pipe Rack, and Water Treatment Plant buildings of the Power Plant for ENKA/Bechtel Consortium in the cities of Arbil and Sulaymaniyah in Iraq. Responsibilities also included connection design, Tekla modeling and shop drawings for the 6000tons of structural steelwork for each plant. ATTEC was responsible for the coordination of steel design in 3D with Tekla with the Plant Design Unit of Bechtel, and the fabrication team in Turkey. Real-time fabrication was followed to make coordination of field additions of revisions to steel.
